Information about our collections

Our garments are made in the sartorial Atelier in Barcelona, everything is made in Spain.

We follow the philosophy of a slow fashion company and we promote sustainable fashion, which is to make high quality garments with the best materials: natural and with less impact on the environment.

Also, there is social responsibility with the human team who make the garments. There is pampering and care in our manufacture, by expert hands that provide the quality and positive energy in each garment they make, required for a day so special and the next days to come!

The sartorial aspect of the garments is seen in every detail: in the neckline of the waistcoat, in the tailored shoulders, in the inside of the trousers that can be taken out into a bigger size if weight increases … and many more details of traditional tailoring that we have invested into our Ceremony Men & Kids collections.

Versatile garments that can be used for a groom, for a guest, for communions, for parties and events … They are of multiple uses. 

We work an exclusive distribution and the garments have limited editions. That is why we need those 1,5 working month, to manufacture it for you and put the pamper and care into a product that is ordered and not stored.

Since we work with natural fabrics such as linen, viscose and silk, we cannot stock any products, seeing that the materials are so noble.

  • I forgot my password: Simply click on “My Account” on the main page and then click on the “Remember Password” link, the details on how to get a new password will be sent to your email.
  • My information is incorrect: If you realise that your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the order process for your purchase, please write to our Customer Service team using the contact form on the website. Someone will contact you within 14 hours. Please be sure to include your original order reference number. You will be able to make changes online for future use.
  • Do I need to create an account to place an order? It is not necessary to create an account when ordering online but this will allow you to view your order history, manage your account and save delivery details.
  • What is the use of my personal information? We take your privacy and security very seriously. We work hard to make sure that we only use your information in the ways you want us to. When you make a purchase on our website, we make sure that all of your payment information data is protected, to prevent any type of fraud or mishandling of information before it is sent over the Internet. You can make purchases through our ONLINE SHOP.

Once you know which garments you want, the next step is to know your size.

We have created a simple system to know your size, follow the steps and data provided by that system (see size guide).

This way the size that you should buy will come out, if when we receive your order, since we also receive the data that you have placed, we see an error, we will contact you by phone.

At Manuel Pardo, we offer free shipping for the following purchases:

  • Spain, including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Portugal: for purchases above 599 euros.
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium: for purchases above 609 euros.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia: for purchases above 649 euros.
  • Rest of the European Union: for purchases above 619 euros.
  • Rest of the countries of the world: for purchases above 678 euros.

How do I know the status of my order?

The day we send you your order, the logistics company will send you an sms or email telling you the day you will receive it, with your tracking link to see the status at all times.

If you prefer to change the delivery options, for example the date, you can do so easily on the website of the logistics company. 

On delivery day, you will be informed via sms or email of the 1 hour time slot in which you will receive your order. 

And if I am not at home on delivery day?

No problem, you can change your delivery preferences via the logistics company’s website.

Garments

How do I know my size? Size guide

We work an exclusive distribution and the garments have limited editions. Following the sustainable company philosophy, we make the garments to order for you.

To be sure,  how to measure garments, it’s simple and straightforward. The measurements are to be taken on the garments, not on the body. 

With these simple steps, you can be sure to pick the right size:

1 – Place a garment that is your size and fits correctly (shirt, trousers, waistcoat, jacket) on a flat surface (for example, a table) BUTTONED AND STRETCHED.

2 – Take these measurements:

  • Shirt: Shoulders, chest, shirt length, sleeves length, waist
  • Trousers: Waist, hips, outside leg, thigh
  • Waistcoat: Chest, shoulders, waistcoat length, waist
  • Jacket: Chest, shoulders, waist, jacket length, sleeves length
  • Shoes: Place your foot on a white paper, draw the contour of the foot and measure the entire length of the foot, between the longest edges. 

3 – Fill in the fields of the measurements taken, together with your data, and we will send you an email with the correct size based on the measurements you provide. Then you can finalise the purchase process. If you have any doubts, please contact our stylist by email at info@manuel-pardo.com.

4 – Once we have your order and the purchase is completed, delivery times are 1,5 working months as of order confirmation + shipping days depending on the country (see the table in frequently asked questions for delivery days per country).

Do you offer a modification service?

We are sorry to say that we do not offer a garment modification or rectification service.

Garment care

For shirts and trousers:

  • Machine wash max. 30ºc.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Iron max. 110ºc.

For jackets and waistcoats:

  • Dry clean.
  • Dry cleaning with chemicals products P only.
  • Iron max. 110ºc.

Payments

How does the payment system work?

We offer the following payment methods to ensure that the purchases in the online store are convenient and secure:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

We use a certified encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorised access by third parties. Your credit card and order details are transmitted encrypted, using 3D procedures and SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All personal information is treated confidentially.

All the products have included the VAT or tax of each country, and customs duties if it were the case, there is no extra payment for the customer, our logistics company in each country is responsible for paying the expenses in the relevant customs, these costs are already included in each product.

In some countries, there may be changes in the aforementioned taxes or duties that may affect the prices of products, if you have purchased the product, that price is maintained, but we warn that they may be modified throughout the year due to changes in the legislation of each country. These countries are: Argentina, Algeria, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Paraguay, South Africa, Suriname, Thailand, Uruguay and Venezuela. 

Invoice requests

If you want an invoice for your order, send an email to info@manuel-pardo.com with the order number and we will send it to the email you provide.

There you can see the cost of the product and the taxes or duties added to it, which we have paid for you.

Do I need to pay for customs or import duties?

VAT is included in the price for customers in the EU, therefore, you will not be responsible for any additional payment of customs duties or import duties on your shipment.

For other countries, the duties, customs and taxes are also covered, they are already included in the price of the products you purchase. Our logistics company takes care of all management and payments on our behalf.

You do not have to pay any extras, except in countries marked as “special”: Argentina, Algeria, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Paraguay, South Africa, Suriname, Thailand, Uruguay, Venezuela,UK, Northern Ireland. 

Can I return my order?

Yes, we allow returns in the two weeks following the receipt of the order, only for another product, the money is not returned.

Steps to follow:

  1. Send an email requesting the return (info@manuel-pardo.com) => specify which model/size you want to change it for
  2. Send the product in question to the following address:
